Spring in Kaunas 3

Regina

I wanted some more colors and I got them. Red, yellow and orange made me feel nice, thank you Regina!

Tomas

I love suits, and then the hat was so pretty with a few tiny feathers, and of course the lavender tie. I think Tomas did a great job choosing his outfit:)

Great style in Kaunas

The outfit is nice and simple, but dark ginger hair, pale skin, blue eyes and that red lipstick is an absolute beauty! Beautiful colors and a beautiful girl.

Spring in Kaunas

Well, the weather got warmer and spotting nice outfits became easier:)

Thing is, most of the people are pussies, always on the safe side. I miss crazy, ridiculous and extravagant outfits, even in the day time.  Am not asking for Leigh Bowery, cause I doubt there would be such genius in the town as small as Kaunas. It just really bothers me, this clean, neat look with like a black bow in a perfect hair, white shirt, beige pants and a brown bag. I want dirt and uncombed hair, freaky colors! I think now even a horrific psychedelic trance lover with neon pink dreadlocks would get a pass from me. I want crazy people, please do something about it!

Now less crazy, but nonetheless nice. Aiste and Justina

Love those sunglasses and the scarf

And the shoes, like them:)

Girl power

I am such a lazy ass. So I beg your pardon, people that follow and wait for updates.

Few weeks ago, there was a Thomas Muller and a bunch of Lithuanian dj’s rave in an abandoned shoe factory. It has been years since I partied in such a nice industrial space. The lights were absolutely crazy! In the end of the party I felt like a Tarkovskian Stalker wandering in a yellow mist. With effects like that you don’t need any hallucinogenics. That yellow smoke in a main techno space was rad!

There was something else rad – girls! I didn’t find any dudes worth a snap, but there were some really beautiful and stylish girls out there. So I captured some of them. The light wasn’t great and the people were walking past all the time, but I’m kinda sick of excuses, so fuck it:) Just enjoy the niceness!

p.s. shorts were kinda dominating the whole scene, but well, if I had great shorts and great legs I’d be wearing them too:)

Auguste

Last month we had a Vilnius book fair. Sort of a nice event for book lovers. I took my camera in case I see some stylish book worms:) Indeed I did. I found Auguste. She’s still at school and is very interested in fashion. I liked her simple but quirky style and also how she mixed the different patterns. This is something I usually hate, cause, I think you must have some sort of talent in order to mix them ornaments right, so the final product doesn’t look crazy obnoxious. In my opinion Auguste succeeded the mixing, therefore I announce her the princess of mixed patterns!

My styling debut

So this is what I was doing these 2 months – working on my portfolio. First steps towards the job I’d really like to be doing, which is styling:) This is one of the things I always wanted to do but kind of never got to it, I guess there has to be a right time for everything. I was inspired by a great Greek stylist and a friend Danai aka D’Arcy Foxx. I am also crazy for vintage clothes, that obsession started at school. I was very happy to have worked in an awesome vintage store in Athens, which was loony at times, but the owner lady was really nice and she gave me a few great vintage pieces that I am very grateful for:) So all this stuff, me longing for creative work and a bad job experience made me realize it I have to do it!

Now the technical side. It was a collaboration between me and a photographer Remis. This is his website http://www.rfoto.eu/. All models are not professional models, they are professional beauties, though:) Style, hair and make up was done by me. Thank you all for making this real! For the viewers – Enjoy! And book me for work:)

P.S. This is the first part, the next one will be added in a few days.
